I went to see Greg to give up smoking. I was not a heavy smoker, but smoked with coffee and with alcohol. After the first session I was able to sit with friends on a Friday night and have a few drinks (there were other smokers there) and not smoke. The thought crossed my mind - but then it was gone. I went for a second session, and I am happy to say it has been 6 weeks and the habit is gone. The old habit pops in to my head sometimes in certain situations but then I remember I am a non smoker. It is not a battle to not smoke even living with a smoker who smokes 25 a day. I didn't think it could be this easy! Thank you Greg! 3/11/2020 Just an update - I have now been a non smoker for almost 18 months AND my husband also gave up through Greg - he was very doubtful it would work - but here he is over 12 months a non smoker. 26/7/2022 Update number 3 - Non smoker now for 3 and a half years and my husband almost 3 years. We are both still non smokers. I figured we have saved ourselves at least $50,000 - that is based on what cigarettes cost when we gave up - I am not sure what they cost now - I would hate to think!

What an amazing experience. My husband and I saw Greg a few weeks ago, only early days but we both haven't had a cigarette since. The entire process was invigorating and empowering and I would highly recommend Greg to anyone who has struggled to quit smoking. Previously when I've tried to quit smoking - cold turkey, champax ect. I have never succeeded because I always has excuses why I couldn't quit at that particular time - eg. Husband smoking at home or stressful event to attend ect. Since being hypnotised, I barely have a craving, and if I do, its so easy to disregard it.. I don't get angry or emotional because I haven't had a smoke like I have done in the past. It's just been easy.. I cannot recommend hypnotherapy enough.. Thank you so much Greg
