Cancellations and Refunds

As a client, you have some important responsibilities. Please attend all scheduled appointments and be on time.

Please remember that once an appointment is made, your hypnotherapist has set time aside for you. Our hypnotherapists often book out 3 weeks in advance and have a waiting list. It is your responsibility to cancel/reschedule your appointments with a minimum of 48 hours notice. If you fail to cancel or reschedule your appointment with at least 48 hours, you will be charged 100% of the consultation fee.

If you fail to turn up for an appointment without notice you will also be charged 100% of the consultation fee.

Emergencies are an exception.

Direct debit payments are debited on the dates agreed to on the debit form you complete regardless of if an appointment is rescheduled or cancelled.
