I booked into see Khya, I wasn't sure how it all worked and I didn't know if it was going to work for me. Khya made me feel comfortable and listened to my story. She understand and validated my feelings and then she help me fix them. I really wanted this to work and it has. We went overseas for a holiday recently and I was always stressed before our flight, have I got everything, have I forgotten anything, are the dogs okay, my kids okay, you name it, I was thinking about it and it only stopped once I boarded them plane because there was then nothing I could do about it. My hubby kept saying to me, as you okay, because all that panic and worry didn't happen this time, I was just able to enjoy the "we are going on holiday" excitement. I also started a new job when we returned. That would have been another sleepless night with many unnecessary anxious thoughts, but again "NO", I started my job with calmness and excitement. I thank Khya for this, not sure how it works, but it worked for me. I did have a lot of underlying historic issues, and they no longer weigh on me either. I have worked with Greg now for over 2 months. When I first went into Moving Minds, I wasn't sceptical, but wasn’t confident with the outcomes. After going through the initial process with Greg and explaining my situation, the process began. I walked out of the initial appointment a bit of a sceptical, there wasn’t a noticeable feeling of different. My mind shifted when I realised that the issues I had seen Greg about were no longer that, an issue. It didn’t feel as if my thought patters had altered, however, my actions reflected otherwise. I have just completed 4 sessions with Kyha over a 6 week period. Throughout the sessions Kyha completed 4 different types of hypnotherapy to uniquely target each goal/problem. After 5 years of stuggling with anxiety and depression. Feeling like I didn't want to go on and not being able to find myself again after a traumatic marriage breakdown. After seeing numerous phycologists and councillors. I was at my witts end when a friend suggested hypnotherapy. I was quite sceptical but I felt so desperate that I was prepared to give anything a go. I've seen Greg 4 times now and I cannot believe that I have wasted 5 years of my life being stuck. Probably wallowing in my own self pitty. After my first session I walked out feeling so good. By the end of my forth session, I have totally changed my life. I've joined a gym, I've made plans to sail to Sydney, I no longer drink as much as I used to. I am soo happy within myself. I could not recommend Hypnotherapy enough. We all have some sort of baggage we carry with us through our lives. I realise now that we dont have to stuggle with that weight alone. Seeing Greg has totally changed my life. Hypnotherapy has truly changed my life!! I’m so grateful to Greg & for all the work we’ve done together over the past 3 months. I honestly get teary when I look back & compare the person I was 6 sessions ago to the woman I am today. How I handle what used to trigger me & how much I now value myself makes me so damn proud & it simply wouldn’t have happened without the help of Greg. I came to him to help heal irrational anxiety, trauma, fears, anxious attachment, self worth & irrational emotional outbursts. I was definitely nervous before starting but soon learnt that it is nothing like you see in the movies! I felt completely safe the whole time session, including in trance. I also found that not only was I guided by someone who cares so deeply but I was actually in control! I could say what I wanted to say & come out of trance if I chose. He is so warm & trustworthy, a true healer. After my first session I was quite literally on a high. Don’t get me wrong, it was incredibly hard working through the anxiety/panic attacks & as someone who would have anxiety attack literally every single day I’m filled with relief & gratitude to say that since that very first session I have not once experienced irrational anxiety! I am still in awe of how much an hour changed my day to day life! After every session I just felt different, like I was healing & happy. I started noticing those intrusive thoughts becoming kinder & more loving. I started recognising how controlled and logical I’d respond to events that would usually trigger an emotionally fuelled outburst. I started noticing that I feel happy & at peace. This feeling of inner love, acceptance & enjoyment of life is what I have been search for, for years & I’m so incredibly grateful that hypnotherapy has made it all possible. Please, if you have been searching for something, some bit of hope to heal & find happiness within, try hypnotherapy. When I went to Moving Minds I was quite skeptical that hypnosis would actually work. I needed some help with anxiety and binge eating issues. What a remarkable life-changing service! I recently experienced trauma & heavy emotion during my horse’s medical emergency.
