How does it work?

There are 4 face to face sessions which are generally spaced over 6 weeks, 2 hypnotic audios, and various mind techniques to keep you on track.

During your first session we discuss what you would like to change and the specific issue/s you need help with.

This is followed by your first hypnosis session which can go in a number of directions depending on where you are at and what you need.

Most people notice a significant shift from their very first session. However it is important that things are not rushed. It is not uncommon for people to feel a lot better after 2 sessions but with 4 we can ensure everything comes together well.

You will clear out and resolve the things that hold you back.
You will create an inner peace and happiness, and learn to love, trust and respect yourself.
